Hey readers! I realize the page is late, but I am working on it. I’ve been putting most of my effort lately into production work on the Follower book so I can (cross your fingers) get it in print before the end of August. I’m making pretty good progress! I’m also working on some new ideas for hte shop as well, but comics are my priority right now. Once all that is done, Messenger should update much less erratically. I am also considering making update day Monday instead of Saturday, but I’m not sure yet.

In the meantime, please enjoy these two pieces of fanart I received recently and failed to do a Fanart Friday for! Thanks to Yellow and Squashue!

Long story short: I am a bit broke this month due to health and work issues, and my web hosting bill is coming up. I will be able to pay it, but I’m opening commissions so I can eat and live a bit more comfortably while doing so.

I am currently doing $25 full-color, single character commissions. I will take up to 5 commissions maximum for now, first come first served. There are a few bells and whistles you can add on, but that’s the basics.

If you don’t want a commission, but would like to contribute anyway, you can always click the “Donate!” button in the sidebar to send the amount of your choice.

So I’ve been busier than anticipated. Real Life Things (the capitalization is actually warranted) are kind of ongoing and have been a hindrance to me getting anything done, sort of like Animal Crossing.

At any rate, the comic Delade and I are doing now has an actual launch date. I’ve posted up more details over on http://follower.messenger-comic.com.

Messenger will be updating soon as I am digging myself out of that whole real life thing and making progress. There is no excuse good enough, but so it goes.
