Looks like Luke’s with the Chio kids now, whether they like it or not.

I’m still looking for votes and input on doing a livestream on ustream with a chat sometime in the next few weeks. Based on what I have heard, it looks like weekend evenings are the best time for most people. I’m thinking I’ll likely be scheduling something for the end of April or the beginning of May, but nothing’s for sure yet. As for what I’ll be doing, I plan on working on the new pages for Book 2, so I won’t be giving away any spoilers just yet. 😉 And if you join in, you’re welcome to throw out any questions about the process or the story that you might have!

There’s also a new vote incentive that’s up for a few days; the first installment of Terrible Minicomic Theatre! Installment 2 comes on Wednesday! I bet you’ll be waiting on the edge of your seat. Or. You know. Not.

As mentioned in my previous post, there has been a three page update! And also mentioned previously, I bring you a fun downloady sort of thing!

It’s Eldora! I started working on a set of Messenger-themed Miis and thought it would be really fun to start sharing them with readers. I’ve also been debating making up a batch of Eldoraichus based on the vote incentive drawing from a few weeks ago for trading to other Pokemaniacs, but I’ll have to work on that.

And speaking of vote incentives, there’s a new one up just in time for Easter! Eldora confronts someone quite seriously about the size of their ears. >(

Other than that, I’ve been hard at work rebuilding my buffer of new pages to avoid another schedule slip and getting things rolling for Book 2. Busy busy busy.

Sorry for the delay, life got sort of busy for a bit! Three new pages to make up for the week and a half slip!

Among other things, I’ve been working a bit on laying out pages for Book 2. This is going to be a Chio book – focusing on the redone version of Chapter Two (which is what I’ve been working on) plus extra comics and other bits. The extra comics will be book exclusive, meaning they’ll never be published online, just like the extras in Book 1. I have a few ideas for those which I need to lay down and work at, but I’m trying to think of additional material to add on top of that. Since everyone seems to love the Chios, I’m pitching this question to any readers out there: what kind of extras on the Chios would you like to see? I had been thinking about expanding the backstory and physiology that’s up here on the site, but I’m not sure what else people would be interested in reading. Comments are appreciated, plus I’ll probably start a forum thread at some point. This is all still in the idea/sketch phase, so it’ll be some time before anything else is available. I’m also looking at switching printers, but that’s a whole other can of worms. :B

I have new vote incentive art I’ll be putting up in the next day or so, along with a cool new download type of thing. Fun times.
