[Kyle] Nekos is a Messenger Akiara meets when she is captured while wandering the plains. He generally tends to go by his last name only, because he thinks Kyle sounds too "childish" for some reason. He helps her escape, and tells her of his past – he is over 200 years old, but has been waiting generations for Akiara to be born. He needs her help in order to complete a task before he can move on to the afterlife. He was born and grew up in the early 21st century, but is keeping the details of his death a secret, at least so far. Akiara catches a glimpse of his memories when he uses his Messenger abilites to help heal her, but she is as of yet unable to piece together his true identity.
